BEATLES REVOLUTION LOUNGE
Located in the Mirage Hotel in
Las Vegas, the Beatles Revolution Lounge houses a spectacular Virtango
installation that pushes the boundaries of interactivity in
commercial spaces.
Immersed in a world
of Beatles inspired psychedelia, patrons are encouraged to color
their environment by drawing with their hands and fingers on the
multi-touch sensitive tables. In
concert with lounge staff, drawings made on the tables get transferred
to a common graffiti wall in the center of the lounge creating a giant
collaborative art work that is in constant evolution.
This interactive
installation was designed and produced by Virtango. The interactive
software was provided by Small Design Firm running on TacTable
multi-touch table technology provided by Nearlife.
